Level Gauges

LEVEL INDICATORS

Level gauges from Kirchner & Tochter are devices used to display the level. The NA series is installed from the top and the NA-V4A from the side of the tank.

The NA level gauge consists of a display section, a tube and a float which are installed in the tank. The float is firmly connected by a connecting rod to the magnet holder in the display section. When the level in the tank rises, the float and the rod are pushed up by buoyant force and the fill level can be read on the display.

The NA-V4A level gauge works on the principle of communicating vessels and is mounted outside the tank. It is connected to the tank via a supply pipe and an overflow. When the fill level in the tank rises, the fill level in the measuring tube also rises.

Common measuring media: water, solvents, oils, acids, bases.

  • borosilicate tube
  • stainless steel design
  • two different designs
  • float material according to media type
  • housing in a fixed tube
